SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute high-end residential projects, managing all phases from concept through installation with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept development through final installation

  • Develop and coordinate all design selections, including finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor

  • Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations

  • Produce and oversee drawings, renderings, and design documentation

  • Manage project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal team members

  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and walkthroughs to ensure proper execution of design intent

  • Oversee installation coordination and project handovers

  • Maintain project organization and progress tracking using internal systems

  • Represent the firm professionally in all client and vendor interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the interior design industry

    Degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Google Drive (3D rendering skills a plus)

  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and furnishings

  • Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

MID-LEVEL TECHNICAL INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Interior Designer to support our team on high-end residential projects, assisting from concept development through final installation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with residential design concepts and presentations

  • Develop mood boards, layouts, and material selections

  • Produce drawings and design documentation

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, passionate about luxury residential interiors, and eager to grow within a polished, design-driven studio.

INTERIOR DESIGN INTERN

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Interior Design Intern to support our studio with both creative and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced interior design firm and exposure to all phases of the design process.

Responsibilities

  • Support presentation preparation and design research

  • Organize samples, material library, and vendor resources

  • Participate hands-on during installation days and on set for photoshoots

  • Assist designers with drawings, layouts, and technical documentation

  • Help prepare for client meetings and provide general studio support

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an interior design program

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
